Instruments for over 45 patients and up to 33 hollow-body instruments can be cleaned and disinfected in one cycle. With the injector basket Flex 1, we also offer a safe solution for reprocessing ultrasonic scaler tips.

After assembly, each device is subjected to a three-day endurance and stress test including factory testing in Berlin. On the market, only very few washer-disinfectors have the active drying that is so important for instrument protection. MELAtherm offers you optimum drying results as standard and at no extra cost.
Virus-free: Worry-free! MELAtherm 10 monitors all the relevant process parameters to ensure the highest-possible level of safety. The generated logs provide legal certainty and can be saved via CF card or network interface. So there are no additional costs for the documentation.
The optimized chamber concept of the MELAtherm enables economical and ecological instrument reprocessing in record time. Instruments are cleaned and disinfected in only about 37 minutes. And all this at very low consumption costs of only 1.00 - 1.50 € per cycle.
With more than 80 baskets and adapters, you can individually adjust the loading configuration on up to 2 levels to your practice needs. This allows you to reprocess instruments for up to 45 patients quickly and economically in just one cycle.
