Sterilisation of Class S and B items takes just 6.5 to 18 minutes (under optimal conditions, including drying) – up to six times faster than with conventional dental practice autoclaves.

With the freely programmable flexDRY drying system, you can flexibly adapt the drying time to your workflow and load at intervals of 1 to 60 minutes.

Our plug and play installation concept enables lightning-fast commissioning at any desired location - with 60% less space required than a conventional autoclave. With the new connection set (ME09046), Vacuclave 105 and 305 can be quickly connected to MELAdem for automated water supply.

The large Smart Touch display and self-explanatory operating concept makes everything so much easier - from programme selection to documentation.

Documentation of programme protocols via USB and network interfaces or printout with MELAprint 80.

Power Save puts the heater and display into energy-saving mode between sterilisation processes for top energy efficiency.

DRYtelligence's intelligent algorithm not only ensures optimum results, but also reduces the drying time by up to 80 %.

ProControl enables paperless batch release, user authentication and, if necessary, barcode label printing via MELAprint 80 directly on the display without an additional software solution.
