In the family-run company based in the heart of Berlin, right next to Südkreuz railway station, you will be an integral part of our friendly and helpful team from day 1. After you have sent your application online, you will automatically receive a confirmation by e-mail. Our HR department will then check your application documents and get in touch if there are any questions.

If your application fulfils the recruitment criteria, you will receive an invitation to a video interview: That's it, you've made it to the first round of the application process! This is an opportunity to gain a first impression of each other and clarify the most pressing questions.

If everything went well in the video interview, you will receive an invitation to the second round, the personal interview. The interview gives us the opportunity to get to know each other better.

You will receive feedback a few days after the interview. If you were able to convince us, you will receive a contract offer shortly afterwards. We will send you the contract documents by e-mail for review and by post after your approval.

Until your first day of training, our HR department will be available to answer any questions you may have and, together with your training supervisor, will prepare everything for a smooth start.

My training at MELAG has been an exciting journey full of successes and challenges. The hands-on approach allowed me to directly apply what I learnt from the very beginning and deepen my skills. The support of experienced mentors and trainers helped me to succeed. Overall, this apprenticeship was a formative experience that not only advanced my professional development, but also made me a more confident and competent team member.

After a short tour of MELAG, I spend the three years experiencing the entire process for myself and getting involved. After an explanation, I was allowed to integrate myself into the process independently, with all kinds of support.

The training is cross-departmental. I also get to know the processes in the background. This gives me a good insight into the connections between the warehouse and production.

I have also learnt how to run a warehouse properly and experienced the team spirit we have together.

My decision to start my apprenticeship at MELAG was exactly right. The working atmosphere is very informal and you feel welcome in every team. You're not seen as a typical trainee here, but are well accepted into the team from day one and integrated into the day-to-day business.

Training at Melag is very exciting and varied. We take on various tasks and work in different departments, from incoming goods to dispatch. We are allowed to use a variety of warehouse equipment, from pallet trucks to forklift trucks.

MELAG offers a good start to a professional career. The working atmosphere is very friendly and supportive. Colleagues and superiors are always helpful. The practical training makes it possible to directly apply what you have learnt and to deepen your skills. Regular feedback meetings promote not only professional but also personal development. The variety of tasks gives a comprehensive insight into different areas of the company. Overall, I am very grateful for the positive experiences.
