MELAstore sterilization paper (90 x 90 cm)

The sterilisation paper lies diagonally to the edge of the table. The item to be sterilised is placed in the centre of the sterilisation paper.

The lower side of the paper is folded over the item to be sterilised to form a triangle, partially fixed under the item to be sterilised and folded back at the long edge. This forms a corner which later enables opening under aseptic conditions.

The outer corners of the sterilisation paper are folded lengthwise over the item to be sterilised. The protruding corner is then folded over again so that all outer edges are flush with the item to be sterilised.

This process is repeated on the right and left side as shown in the photo. An open pocket is created at the bottom long edge of the sterilised item.

The last part of the sheet is now pulled from the top over the item to be sterilised and pushed into the pocket until a corner just sticks out.

The sterilisation paper is sealed with a suitable sealing system (e.g. sterilisation tape with type 1 indicator, art. no. ME11182).
