A good contact person for service work is your technician who specializes in MELAG products and has correspondingly valid training certificates. In addition, our highly qualified MELAG hygiene technicians with the specialized knowledge of a manufacturer are also available to assist you.

No matter if maintenance or repair - the MELAG customer service offers you a nationwide service in Germany. Our nationwide flat rates for travel and maintenance guarantee maximum cost security, regardless of the distance of our hygiene technicians to you.

We will find the ideal contact person for your inquiry from our network of over 900 specialized trade and MELAG hygiene technicians. So do not hesitate to contact us: We are available for a free and non-binding discussion on maintenance, validation and repair at the following telephone number 030 75 79 11 22 or with our call-back service.

To ensure that the hygiene technician on site is equipped with the materials and parts required for the repair or maintenance of your device, your service order will be analyzed in advance. In addition to your contact and address data for your practice, we also need the serial number and error message of the device, if applicable.

In addition, you have the option of entering a preferred date and time and other information that is important to you in our callback form.

Many minor malfunctions can be easily remedied and do not necessarily require the intervention of a hygiene technician.
