Our innovative and highly energy-efficient large autoclaves for sterilizing large quantities of instruments ensure smooth operating procedures in hospitals, day clinics and surgical practices. With four models, the Cliniclave series offers the greatest possible flexibility: as a single-door or double-door version in combination with a capacity of 110 litres for one sterilization unit (StE) or of 205 litres for two sterilization units (StE), the MELAG large sterilizers meet every requirement in hospitals and surgeries.
The large autoclaves of the Cliniclave 45 series sterilize large load volumes in record time according to EN 285 with the help of the patented double-jacket technology.
The MELAtrace Pro documentation and approval software ensures maximum transparency with loading management and tamper-proof reprocessing logs. By subsequently marking the instruments with a barcode label, you provide proof of seamless and error-free instrument reprocessing.

Every Cliniclave 45 large autoclave applies trend-setting technologies to your reprocessing workflow. These innovations permit safe and efficient steam sterilization tailored to the individual requirements of each medical facility – the number of patients treated, the types of instruments used, the space available in the designated decontamination area, the legal framework and national standards in force.
The single-door large autoclave with a capacity of 105 litres (1 sterilisation unit) guarantees reliable sterilisation of up to 35 kg loads in the shortest possible time thanks to the patented double-jacket technology.
