Within the scope of our operational possibilities and depending on the respective positions, we offer our employees flexibility in the organization of their working hours, their place of work and their area of responsibility. Our various working time models (40-20 hours/week) and our flexitime model offer MELAG employees a great deal of leeway in integrating their work into their private lives as best as possible. In addition, we grant all employees, regardless of their length of service, 30 vacation days per year. At MELAG, employees work either up to 20% in their home office and/or at their air-conditioned, modernly equipped and ergonomically designed office workplace. Whether by bus/train, bicycle or car: MELAG is very easy to reach thanks to its central location in Berlin (Bhf Südkreuz, A100 exit Alboinstraße). We offer a secured bicycle room and parking facilities. Even though teamwork is very important at MELAG, we expect our employees to work independently and on their own responsibility within their area of responsibility/task. MELAG offers a subsidy for company pension plans as part of deferred compensation. Each employee receives a subsidy of 50% of the amount paid in. We also organise consultations with experts on this topic. In addition, after 6 months of employment, we grant a subsidy for capital-forming benefits amounting to €26.59 gross, which can be combined with the contract for a company pension if desired.
